Three layers of light and fluffy carrot cake spiced with cardamom, clove, black pepper, ginger, nutmeg and just a hint of sandalwood filled with cream cheese mousse and orange blossom caramel. Finished with lightly spiced toasted vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream.
