Basque cheesecake is a flavorful cousin to American cheesecake. It is baked at high heat to achieve a deeply caramelized finish and a huge rise, which eventually collapses into a creamy, wobbly interior. It is not too sweet and it’s crustless!
The pairing of caramelized exterior and creamy interior is heavenly!!
