- Basque Cheesecake: Basque cheesecake is a flavorful cousin to American cheesecake. It is baked at high heat to achieve a deeply caramelized finish and a huge rise, which eventually collapses into a creamy, wobbly interior. It is not too sweet and it’s crustless!
- Goat Cheese Cherry: creamy and slightly tangy goat cheese cheesecake with a buttery tahini shortbread crust, topped with sweet & sour cherry sauce
- Chocolate Espresso: intensely chocolate-y with a chocolate cookie crust and a rich, dark chocolate filling... topped with espresso whipped cream
- Lemon Verbena: classic New York cheesecake swirled and topped with house-made lemon verbena curd... finished with whipped cream
